Stunning volcano views!

We had a great time on our group trip! The view from our room was unreal, especially when we visited the Arenal Volcano and went zip-lining nearby. The staff was super friendly, and the pools were refreshing after our adventures. The breakfast offered tons of local options too, which we loved! Just a heads up, the spa treatments can be pricey, so plan accordingly.

The omelette station wasn't always available during breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient since we were on a tight schedule with our tours.

We had a wonderful experience visiting Arenal with a guided tour, especially enjoying the lush trails and stunning views. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating to our large family, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, especially for our elderly parents.

The private hot tubs were an amazing way to relax after a day of adventures. The grounds are lush with very nice nature, and we even spotted some monkeys! Don't miss out on the strawberry margarita at happy hour by the pool, it was fantastic!

Staying here offers a killer view of the Arenal volcano, especially from the rooms with balconies. The facilities include pristine pools and multiple hot tubs that provide enough space to relax without feeling cramped.

In terms of convenience, there’s only wifi in common areas, which was a hassle for anyone needing to work. Additionally, our spa appointment got double-booked without much concern, another frustrating oversight. While the food in the restaurant is decent, it felt like dining off the grounds offered a better experience overall.

Amazing Nature and Relaxation

I absolutely loved my stay! The lush grounds and beautiful gardens made for a perfect escape, and the private hot tubs were a fantastic way to unwind after a day of adventures. The location is ideal—secluded yet close to town—plus the staff were very welcoming and offered great local recommendations. My only improvement suggestion would be enhancing the dining experience, as the restaurant's menu felt a bit limited at times.

Casa Luna Hotel & Spa was a fantastic experience for our family! The lush gardens are beautiful, and we adored the relaxing private hot tubs that offered a perfect end to our adventurous days. We even spotted monkeys around the property, which was a fun surprise! The strawberry margarita from the pool bar was simply fantastic.

The shuttle service to town could be improved.
